3. SoDa Bikes Meeting: Tuesday Jan 4, 7pm

We have a new mayor (love it or hate it folks, it’s true). We also have a bunch of new councillors! There is no better time than now to join us in our advocacy efforts to make Toronto a better place to live, work and play — particularly by bike! It’s as easy as coming to our next advocacy meeting!

SoDa Bikes Advocacy Meeting
Tuesday January 4, 7pm
‘Sauce Lounge (717 Queen E)

(please note that the shop and lounge will be closed on Jan 4 — everything and everyone is still on holidays except the SoDa Bikers! Hard core, I know.)

4. Rush-Hour Sharrow Evaluation Report and Public Meeting: Thurs Jan 20, 6-8pm

Commuter cyclists are invited to attend an open house to learn more about the rush-hour sharrow pilot project, which was installed on College earlier this year. The meeting will review the findings in the College Street Evaluation – Report, and the future use of rush-hour sharrows on Toronto’s streets will be discussed.

A short evaluation report will be presented at 6pm, followed by an opportunity to review information materials and speak directly to city staff and project partners.

Rush-Hour Sharrow Evaluation Report and Public Meeting
Thursday January 20, 6-8pm
Metro Hall (55 John St), room 308/309

The results of the evaluation are now available on-line here. Basic info on sharrows here.
