Our friends at Red Arrow are hosting the Halloween alleycat to end all halloween alleycats!
Be a part of the first ever Red Arrow Halloween Race in support of Red Arrow Bikes Anniversary!
This is one race you won’t want to miss… it’s been 3 years in the making!

2. Fundraiser! Brick by Brick: The Story of Evergreen Brick Works: Nov 3, 7pm

Evergreen’s Bike Works is a community bicycle repair space and program that promotes the use of bicycles as a viable mode of transportation and recreation.  They provide bicycle rentals, DIY repair, workshops on safety and mechanics, and a unique volunteer opportunity to grow skills and community.

Brick by Brick: The Story of Evergreen Brick Works, a documentary by Toronto’s Catherine Annau.
This is a one-hour documentary that tells the story of Geoff Cape and his determination to transform a 125-year-old former industrial site ­– Toronto’s Don Valley Brick Works –­ into an environmental community center, the first of its kind in the world.  Directed by award-winning film maker Catherine Annau, Brick by Brick is the uplifting story of one man’s passion to save the planet, one brick at a time.

Let’s make Leslie St better for walking and cycling (to food stores, parks and the Spit)!!!

The TTC is considering re-designs of Leslie Street between Queen St E and Lakeshore Blvd as you read this. Have your say: TTC designers will be presenting at a public meeting.
